Ingredients

watermelon juice
½
cup
Lime Juice
Santa Cruz Organic 100% Pure
Coarse salt or sugar
for rim
Ice

ounces
silver tequila
1
ounce
Agave syrup
Prosecco
chilled

lime
sliced into wedges
Instructions
Moisten rims of 4 margarita glasses with a lime wedge. Dip rims into coarse salt or sugar. Fill each glass with ice.
Pour ¾ cup watermelon juice into each glass.
Stir in 1 ounce lime juice, 1 ounce silver tequila, and 1 ounce agave syrup into each glass.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup to taste.
Top off each glass with chilled Prosecco. Gently stir to combine.
Garnish each margarita with a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy!
