Ingredients

package dry Ranch Dressing Mix
(Hidden Valley brand)

cup
whole buttermilk
½
cup
mayonnaise
4
ounces
blue cheese crumbles

tablespoons
fresh dill
finely chopped

tablespoons
fresh parsley
finely chopped

teaspoon
lemon zest
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix the ingredients: In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.
Adjust seasoning: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Chill: Cover and let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Store: Transfer to an airtight container or mason jar and refrigerate. The sauce will thicken as it chills.
Notes
Store in a mason jar or plastic food storage container.
Sauce keeps in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
