Air Fryer Crispy Dry Rubbed Wings (Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free)

Invite all of your favorite people over to your house for these dry rubbed wings! They are super easy to make. All you do is make a quick spice blend, coat the chicken wings, and cook in the air fryer, creating perfectly tender and flavorful wings. This will quickly become your go-to appetizer for game day, happy hour, or Friday night pizza night. Stock your fridge with your favorite beer or sparkling water or ginger beer and your evening is off to an excellent start.

  • 1/teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/teaspoon bay leaf powder
  • 1/teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/teaspoon paprika
  • 1/teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/teaspoon allspice
  • 1/teaspoon cloves
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  1. Preheat an air fryer to 350°F (178°C) and grease the basket.
  2. Combine celery salt, bay leaf powder, black pepper, paprika, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, allspice, and cloves in a small bowl until seasoning mixture is well mixed.
  3. Coat wings thoroughly in seasoning mixture.
  4. Working in batches, place seasoned chicken wings in 1 layer in the greased basket of the air fryer. Cook until chicken is no longer pink near the bone, about 25 minutes.
  5. Increase heat to 400°F (200°C) and cook until outside is crispy, about 5 minutes more.
