Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
to coat the baking sheet

boneless pork chops
½" to ¾" thick

Diamond Crystal kosher salt
use 1 teaspoon if using any other type of salt

large egg
beaten

Panko bread crumbs

grated Parmesan cheese

Lawry's seasoned salt

garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Season the pork chops with Diamond Crystal kosher salt.
In a shallow bowl, combine the Panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Place the beaten egg in a separate bowl.
Dip each pork chop into the egg, then coat it in the Panko mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere.
Arrange the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
Lightly spray the tops of the pork chops with additional nonstick spray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden and cooked through.
