This creamy Key Lime Pie Margarita tastes just like your favorite Florida dessert. Made with reposado tequila, key lime juice, vanilla simple syrup, and key lime yogurt, then finished with a graham cracker rim, it's the perfect summer cocktail for parties, cookouts, or sipping on the patio.

Instructions
Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Whisk in the vanilla bean paste until fully combined.
Remove from the heat and let the syrup cool completely.
Transfer the cooled syrup to an airtight container or jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Margarita
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Cointreau, key lime juice, vanilla simple syrup, and key lime yogurt. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or until the cocktail is smooth and well chilled.
Spread a thin layer of key lime yogurt around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
Strain the margarita into the prepared glass.
Garnish with key lime wheels and serve immediately.
