Crawfish Fettuccine Recipe with Cajun Alfredo Sauce
This easy crawfish fettuccine recipe features tender crawfish tails tossed in a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta. Ready in just 30 minutes, it's a flavorful Southern comfort dish perfect for weeknights.
Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium high heat. Add in onion and bell pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until soft, add in garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and the half and half, stir to combine. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer until desired consistency. Add in spices and mix thoroughly. Add in crawfish tails. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese a little at a time to make sure it is fully melted.
Stir in cooked pasta and mix until pasta is thoroughly coated.
Serve pasta immediately. Top with more cheese to garnish.
