- St. Louis style ribs (or spare ribs) – Yellow mustard – Butcher paper – Brown sugar – Smoked paprika – Chili powder – Ground black pepper – Granulated onion – Granulated garlic – Mustard powder - BBQ Sauce
Prepare Rub & Sauce: Mix dry rub ingredients; simmer BBQ sauce.
Prep Ribs: Preheat to 250°F; add wood. Remove membrane; coat with mustard and dry rub seasoning.
