Ingredients
Preheat smoker to 275°F, use pecan/oak wood. Slather chuck roast with mustard, season.
Smoke seasoned cubes for 1.5 hrs until desired color. Transfer to foil pan with sugar, butter, BBQ sauce.
Smoke until internal temp is 205°F, about 1.5 hrs. Sprinkle more sugar, sauce; serve hot on bread with pickles.
