This peach cobbler recipe with pie crust and canned peaches is the center of attention.

INGREDIENTS

– Canned peaches – Lemon juice (optional) – Vanilla extract – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg (optional) – Butter – White sugar – Pie crusts

Toss peaches, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg, butter, sugar, and salt in pot over medium-high. Cook until butter is melted, then reduce heat and add flour slurry.

PREPARE FILLING

Grease baking dish, then roll out pie crust. Line bottom of dish with crust. Pour cobbler filling over the crust. Top it off with the remaining pie crust. 

ASSEMBLE COBBLER

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until it’s golden brown and bubbling. Let it cool for a bit, then spoon warm portions out with a side of ice cream and enjoy!
