Our Southern peach cobbler with frozen peaches and flaky lattice pie crust is a delicious Southern dessert. 

INGREDIENTS

– Frozen peaches – Vanilla extract – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg – Butter – Sugar – Box pie crust (e.g. Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake) – All-purpose flour – Egg, for egg wash

Thaw peaches and pie crusts for 15 mins. Preheat oven to 375°F.

STEP 1

Unroll one crust, dust, and fit into a 9-inch pie pan. Mix peaches, sugar, flour, spices, and butter in a bowl. Pour into crust.

STEP 2

Unroll second crust, cut into strips, arrange in lattice over peaches.

STEP 3

Brush with beaten egg, bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Cool for 30 mins before serving.
