– Kidney beans (dried) – Neutral oil – Andouille sausage – Yellow onion – Green bell pepper – Celery – Water – Chicken bouillon powder – Granulated garlic – Creole seasoning – Butter – Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Saute and brown andouille sausage in Instant Pot. Remove and set aside.

Saute onion, bell peppers, and celery for 3 mins.

Lock lid, set to Pressure Cook for 11 mins. Natural release for 10 mins, then quick release.
