Ingredients

– Rib tips – Mustard – Hot sauce – Kosher salt - Granulated garlic - Ground black pepper - BBQ dry rub - BBQ sauce - BBQ spritzer

Preheat smoker to 250°F. Configure grill for indirect cooking.

Combine apple juice, cider vinegar, bourbon, Worcestershire, and hot sauce in a spray bottle. Set aside.

Mix mustard and hot sauce for a binding mixture. Apply generously to rib tips.

Season rib tips with BBQ seasoning, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Let them rest.

Smoke rib tips for 3 hours, spritzing every 30 mins. Finish in foil for 1 hour. Serve with BBQ sauce.
