– Pork Spare Ribs (bone-in, cut up into individual pieces) – Neutral oil for frying (e.g. peanut oil, vegetable oil, canola oil) - Seasoned flour

Step 1

Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings. Set aside. Whisk eggs and water in another bowl.

Dip ribs in egg wash, then coat in seasoned flour mixture. Rest on parchment-lined pan.

Heat oil, fry ribs until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 mins. Drain and serve with sauce.
