HOW TO MAKE DEEP FRIED PICKLES

Pickle spears Flour Seasoning

INGREDIENTS

Eggs Panko Oil

Pat pickles dry and coat it in the seasoned flour mixture. Dip in egg wash. Repeat for a second coating. Then roll in panko. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

DREDGE & COAT

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until pickle spears turn golden brown. Remove from oil and drain.

FRY

Serve your crispy fried pickle spears while they’re hot. Pair with dipping sauce (remoulade, ranch, etc.).
