HOT HONEY CHICKEN  SANDWICH RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350°F, spray a 9x13-inch dish. Pound chicken thighs, marinate in buttermilk and hot sauce for 3 hours to overnight.

STEP 1

Heat oil to 340°F. Mix flour, cornstarch, spices in a bag. Dredge thighs, fry 12-14 mins until golden and cooked through.

STEP 2

Drain on paper towels, keep warm. Drizzle with hot honey sauce.

STEP 3

Assemble sandwiches with condiments, pickles, and sauce. Customize with coleslaw or bacon, if desired.
