Grilled Peaches and Pork Chops Recipe

Grilled peaches and grilled juicy pork chops go really well together!

– Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt – Granulated garlic – Coarse black pepper – Bone-in pork chops – Fresh peaches – Melted butter – Brown sugar

Ingredients

Step 1

Mix salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl for the pork rub.

Sprinkle the rub all over your bone-in pork chops, covering each side.

Grill the chops for 8-10 minutes per side until they have a nice sear and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

 Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then brush over the peaches.

Step 5

Grill the peaches cut side down for 4 minutes each side, then serve with pork chops.
