Grilled Chicken Legs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken legs - Seasoning - Barbecue sauce

Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels and generously season all sides, pressing the seasoning in to ensure it adheres well.

PREP THE CHICKEN

Light your charcoal and let it burn for 15-20 minutes. Arrange the coals on one side of the grill to create an indirect heat zone.

PREP THE GRILL

Place chicken skin side up on the cooler side of the grill. Cover and grill for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 

GRILL CHICKEN LEGS

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with Alabama white sauce or your favorite BBQ sauce.
