Ingredients
Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings. Set aside. Whisk eggs and water in another bowl.
Dip ribs in egg wash, then coat in seasoned flour mixture. Rest on parchment-lined pan.
Heat oil, fry ribs until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 mins. Drain and serve with sauce.
