This Turkey Neck Boil is similar to a Cajun seafood boil, perfect when you’re in the mood for some spicy goodness.

INGREDIENTS

- Raw turkey necks – Smoked sausage – Corn on the cob – Red potatoes - Crab boil seafood seasoning - Spices and aromatics

Boil turkey necks in a large stock pot with seafood boil seasoning mix, spices, and aromatics.

After 2 hours, brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Then add sausage and potatoes to stockpot. 

ADD SAUSAGE AND POTATOES

After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and add corn. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, or until corn is warmed through.

ADD CORN

When everything is cooked, strain the contents of the pot and transfer turkey necks, vegetables, and sausages to a serving platter.
