This baked blackened salmon is made with homemade blackened seasoning. It's reat for busy weeknights when you want something quick and easy in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

– Salmon – Butter or olive oil Blackened Seasoning – Chicken broth or water

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. 3. Brush each salmon fillet with melted butter or drizzle with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated on all sides.

3. Sprinkle the Blackened Seasoning generously over the greased salmon, rubbing it into the flesh to create a flavorful crust. 4. Place seasoned salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish, leaving some space between each fillet.
