– Canned peaches – Lemon juice (optional) – Vanilla extract – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg (optional) – Butter – White sugar – Kosher salt – Pie crusts – Water – Flour

Toss canned peaches, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg, butter, sugar, and salt in pot over medium-high heat. Cook until butter is melted, then reduce heat to medium and add flour slurry.

PREPARE FILLING

Grease baking dish, then roll out pie crust, and line bottom of dish with crust. Pour your peach cobbler filling over the crust in the baking dish. Top it off with the remaining pie crust. 

ASSEMBLE COBBLER
