Step 1

Preheat smoker to 250°F. Coat ribs with Worcestershire sauce, then evenly sprinkle soul food seasoning or BBQ rub on both sides.

Smoke ribs at 250°F for 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165-170°F.

Wrap ribs in foil and return to smoker until internal temperature reaches 200-202°F, about 30-60 minutes.

Remove foil and brush BBQ sauce on ribs. Return to smoker for 10 minutes to set sauce.
